1. Professional R&D team

R&D team follows a realistic and pragmatic approach, throughout every step of product development . Each new raw material and formula are carefully studied, to make sure it fully complies to safety, stability, purity, efficiency, application and consumer satisfaction.

To keep in line with latest technology, we regularly invite foreign experts to exchange new trends in the cosmetic industry and provide on-site training to the staff. Moreover, R&D engineers intensively attend related seminars, both domesticically and overseas. They will apply the new knowledge and techniques to development & production accordingly.

2. Strong backup of research

In June 2010, Royaltech set up a joint-lab with Xiamen University to research more natural raw materials with high efficiency, and apply to cosmetics through nanometer microencapsulated technology. The joint-lab is composed by seven teams responsible for development management, raw material research, material application, material inspection, semi-product sampling, test & inspection, facility management and laws & regulation. Each team is led by professors, doctors, senior engineers, skin scientific experts or experienced cosmetics engineers, and consists of several research staff.

Innovation is the essence of competitiveness. To research and develop effective cosmetics applicable to different skin features is our continuous goal. And the cooperation with Xiamen University is to greatly strengthen technology improvement and innovation.
